Round 1 of the OC World Tour-Nament ocworldtour-nament.deviantart.… has drawn to a close with the finish of the Blue Division Bracket matches. Plenty of surprises, stepping downs, substitutions and even Royally Egyptian walk-outs abounded, as well as a few upsets made for an interesting first round of matches!
Some drama was had in each division, but for the absolute highlight of the tournament thus far, nay... probably the BIGGEST thing to happen to the tournament, period... we focus on the Blue Bracket's matchup featuring the popular, sturdy Energizer Bunny Tamao Silver, and the very dangerous martial artist from China, Xue Long. Some matches, the comments were few, and vote counts rather trite while others were pretty healthy.
Then we had THIS... Tamao vs. Xue Long. 250+ votes between each girl, their respective fan bases exploded like Terry Crews in support of their cause, and 60 comments! And the fight itself was nothing short of BLOODY, BRUTAL... VIOLENT and very much LEGENDARY. I hope the organizers have some sort of MVP award or Match of the Tourney title floating around, because this one has to be it. The buzz surrounding this bout was off the charts, as was the finish. If anything, each girl has earned their WrestleMania Mo... I mean, their OCWT moment. ^^

And now round 2 will open up on Saturday, April 29th! (Whoa! O.O That's my 4th anniversary on DA!) What surprises and epic moments await us??
This round of the OCWT is brought to you by Takizawa Kanata, and her famous boxing establishment, the Boxing Glove Bakery & Café! Famed for their brews, PPV broadcasts, and Saturday night Sparring/Super Saturday full boxing events in the establishment's ring, they're on location at the OCWT to take care of all the participant's refreshments... and need for exhibition fighting!
OCWT artists/participants! Kanata would love for your OC to drop by and have an exhibition tussle with her before indulging in some great coffee brews and baked goods. Don't despair if your gal was eliminated... the Boxing Glove ring's a great place to let off some steam and still participate! (Since I could only get one OC into this, this is how I managed to have another participate and contribute to the whole event!!) Feel free to strike up your stylus and get your OC some exposure in the OCWT exhibition ring.
